RecellGhana Computerlabs (RGC) Installs 21 workstations to Boost Digital Education at Passion Home British International School(PHBIS)

RecellGhana Computerlabs has installed 21 workstations to boost digital education at Passion Home British International School in Adenta. The workstations will help boost digital literacy among the noble institution’s educators and learners.

The 20 workstations have a server, Switch, UPS Battery, and Router with a monthly data bundle. RGC will also provide maintenance, repair, and replacement of damaged computers so thatassion Home British International School can have access to a sustainable computer lab that will enhance digital education in their school. RGC will further provide desk help and remote monitoring to enable all the technical issues to be solved on time.

The 21 workstations come with Ghana Education Service ICT-approved software and any other software that RGC and Passion Home British International School deem fit to facilitate the promotion of digital education in the school. Lastly, RGC will provide mandatory training for all the teachers in the school.

After the installation of the computers, RecellGhana Computerlabs, in addition, provided a Base training for all the teachers at Passion Home British International School. The training took place on the 28th of February. 11 teachers teaching different subjects took part in the base training. RGC’s computerlab isn’t meant for the teaching of only computing but rather all kinds of subjects.

All educators from our partner schools must go through various teacher training programs prepared by RecellGhana Computerlabs(RGC) and the Ghana Society for Education and Technology to help promote digital education among schools in Ghana. The trainings are the Base training, bronze training, silver training, and gold training
