Job Title: Assistant Technician

Location: RecellGhana Computerlabs( Adjiringanor-Accra)
As our IT Support Officer you will help develop and maintain the robust Computerlabs from our
social venture at schools all over Ghana. RecellGhana Computerlabs is on a mission to solve the
challenges schools in Ghana are faced with by offering a solution for practical training of ICT-skills. Your
core role is to equip and maintain computerlabs at a growing number of schools for our ‘Computerlab-
as-a-Service’ offering, making practical ICT-skills training available to thousands of leaners.

Responsibilities
• Work with the team to implement our serviced Computerlabs, don’t be scared to make your
hands dirty.
• You’re responsible for maintenance of our serviced Computerlabs, including repair, replace,
refurbish and recycling.
• A customer-oriented attitude
• Problem-solving attitude
• You’ll report to the Startup Leader

Requirements
• Background in technical and software installation and maintenance; educational sector
knowledge is a plus
• Experience in tracking relevant quality indicators and KPI’s
• A customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Senior High school certificate and additional formation as Computer Technician or in a related
field
• A driver’s licence is a must
Other information
• Experience: 3-5 years with ICT-technical installation and maintenance
• Commitment: Full time (20hr/WK)
• Salary indication: average IT-technician
• Work location: Nii Odai Kwame Street (GD-216-2792) Adjiringano Accra and at our customer’s
